Refund policy

We here at NXTLVL include a 30-day return policy with every purchase. This means that any customer will have exactly 30 days directly after the purchase of any item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition upon receiving it, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt and/or proof of purchased is also required for a complete return. 

All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial –
Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer

- Items must not have excessive wrinkling

- Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint

- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.

- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.

- We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any socks or other undergarment pieces due to hygiene reasons.

- If your product(s) arrived with tags, they must be attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, you can visit our returns & refunds center here. If the returned item is accepted, we will then send a returning shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package.

Items sent back to NXTLVL without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, a complete refund will automatically be sent directly towards the original payment method. Please understand, that it may take time for a bank and/or credit card company to fully process and post any refunds.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (if applicable) or gift cards.

Final Sale

All items that are discounted on the site are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items that are part of a pre-sale/pre-order or have this mentioned when advertised are final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Damages & Issues
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, and/or if you have received the wrong item.

After 7 days of the delivery date has passed, the damaged item will no longer be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
