COVID-19 Disclaimer: Due to COVID-19, packages may encounter slight delays with regards to delivery times. Carriers have resorted to shortening staff members and in turn are faced with high volume order requests. We here at NXTLVL will do our very best in ensuring that packages are delivered with care, in a timely manner at all times. Our goal is to enhance the user experience above and beyond in our ability to support your needs in the best way possible. 

 

Shipping Process Timeline: Each order created will have a process time of 1 complete business day. After the order has been fully processed, a confirmation email and/or text will be delivered containing tracking information along with ways in which you can contact us for any help needed during this process.

First Class Package: Aprox. 3-5 Day delivery

Priority Mail: Aprox. 1-3 Day Delivery

Lost Package Disclaimer: We at NXTLVL are not responsible for lost or stolen packages scanned as delivered. If your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, customers can file a claim with USPS.

International Custom Fees/Duties: NXTLVL is based within the United States. Any order that is being shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs fees/duties based on the retail value of all products along with the weight of the package. These fees are not determined by NXTLVL, they are beyond NXTLVL's control, and are the responsibility of the package receiver.

If you have any questions on billed import fees/duties or would like a more detailed outline of what to expect when your package arrives in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the carrier company delivering your chosen package.
